Privacy Policy
ChiaWatch ("the app") is a view-only Chia (XCH) tracker for Apple Watch. This policy describes how the app handles information.
Information We Collect
ChiaWatch does not require an account. We do not operate our own servers and do not collect, store, or sell personal information on backend systems we control.
Information Stored on Your Device
If you choose to enter a public Chia address, it is stored locally on your iPhone and/or Apple Watch using Apple's on-device storage so the app can display a balance. You can remove it at any time in the app's Settings.
The app may also cache recent price and network data locally to show last-known values when offline.
Third-Party Services
The app fetches public market and network data from third-party APIs, which may include services such as CoinGecko, Coinset, and Spacescan. When you enter a public address, that address may be sent to those services to retrieve balance and network information.
We do not control these third-party services. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
Private Keys and Security
ChiaWatch never asks for, stores, or transmits private keys, seed phrases, or credentials. The app is read-only and cannot send transactions or access any funds.
Children's Privacy
ChiaWatch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
